As a key member at the Corporate Office, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting key leaders of McKibbon in daily administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of ethics and to deliver the highest standard of customer service both when answering the phones and greeting guests at the office. A Day in the Life:
- You will be responsible for assisting with the overall administrative duties in the corporate office.
- You will regularly prepare reports, schedule appointments, handle incoming phone calls and other office duties as assigned.
- You will be responsible for organizing and planning office meetings and events
- You will be responsible for maintaining contacts and emails for key Corporate Executives
- You will be responsible for the input of payables and receivables for accounting purposes
- You will help with the cleanliness and organization of the office, to include ordering supplies
- You will be responsible for coordinating of travel plans as requested
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work as an individual and as a team
- Strong computer acumen, to include Microsoft Office products
- Experience handling confidential information
Ideal Skills & Qualities:
- 3-5 years of previous Administrative experience preferred
- Experience working with C-Level leadership
- Outgoing and personable
- Willingness to go above and beyond what is requested
