Lowe’s City Mobile Home Park, a 55+, 300 unit community needs an enthusiastic and preferably local candidate to start immediately. The is a PART-TIME, 30 hours per week, hourly position. The hours 9am-3pm. Pay rate is $17/hour. Background check is required.
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include:
- Assists the Community Manager with accounts receivable functions including maintaining resident data in systems, files and banking data.
- Assists the Community Manager with accounts payable to include invoices, check requests, preparing vendor files
- Responsible for phone coverage and Applications for Residency
- Prepare and maintain rental documents/leases
- Knowledge of Rent Manager, preferable version 12
- Strong knowledge of computer, Excel and other MS programs- Box and 365
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with various residents
- Ability to handle private information discreetly
- Attention to detail, accuracy, professional demeanor
- Handle all maintenance work orders and enter/monitor in system
- Run various reports as needed
- Assist Property Manager in monitoring any changes, updates in the community
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence in a timely manner
- Professional appearance and attire
- Must be dependable, motivated and organized
- 3 years experience or training related to this field
