Mobile Staff Solutions is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant in the Tampa area.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Compile and organize Excel spreadsheets
- Receive and distribute packages throughout the shop
- Compare P.O. numbers to purchase orders
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
- Detail orientated
- Previous administrative assistant experience
