Job Description includes, but is not limited to the following: -Answering the phones -Creating Work Orders -Scheduling Appointments -Checking for part warranties -Ordering parts -Assist Billing Department with Invoicing and Collections -Logging out inventory with technicians -Office Filing -Assist Permit Coordinator with scheduling and coordinating appointments and inspections -Computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Scheduling Program experience a plus -Bilingual/Spanish required -Must be detail oriented and able to work well in fast paced environment -Must be flexible with schedule and weekend work required -Must be a self-starter and think outside the box -Other assignments deemed necessary to work together as a team
