We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Administrative Assitant/Customer Service Specialist to undertake a variety of admin and support tasks.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is extremely detail orientated. You should be a ‘people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Must be able to provide our clients with a top-notch customer service experience.Responsibilities
- Incoming calls for customer support
- Mailing gifts and handwritten notes to current members
- Resolve customer inquiries via helpdesk and online chat
- Manage Facebook groups
- Order office supplies
- Manage Google calendars and schedules
- Arranging meetings and appointments
- Set up Zoom meetings
Qualifications
- Superior phone skills- there is a lot of phone work in this position
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Willingness to learn and ability to self teach
- Highly resourceful and self-starter
