We are seeking a Receptionist – Administration Assistant to join our team at Murphy Business!
This position requires excellent customer service, communication skill both verbal and written, strong organization, and follow-through skills. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, detail oriented, demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Must have a cooperative attitude and works well in a team environment. Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office products. 40+ wpm and a minimum of 3 years of customer service-related experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls in a cheerful and professional manner
- Directs calls to the appropriate person and takes messages as needed
- Greets guests as they enter the front door and offers refreshments
- Forward leads to the appropriate broker
- Enter data into business for sale websites
- Enter sold data into a proprietary database
- Maintain files
- Support the various departments with administrative needs on an as-needed basis
