Nitelines USA is looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position – SEE DETAILS REGARDING WORK SCHEDULE BELOW.
This position is temporary and is set to run through 6/30/2020 with a strong possibility of being extended.

SCHEDULE:
30 hours per week.
The work schedule:
Monday 8:00AM – 5:00 PM 8
Tuesday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM 4
Wednesday 11: 00 AM – 5:00 PM 6
Thursday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM 4
Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8

Pay:10/hour
Position details are as follows:
EXPERIENCE IN MAINTAINING MULTIPLE CALENDARS. Tracks, files, and distributes correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents generated within sections; Calendaring appointments and meetings for Deputy of Production and Operations, supervisors and staff; Calendaring department-wide events; Acts as primary department receptionist; Handling all aspects of correspondence; Maintaining the sections file; Creating & maintaining spreadsheets; Performance of fiscal; Purchasing and statistical functions; Assists the Property Management Administrator; Send bid requests to vendors; Issuing task work orders
