Real estate license not required. Immediate position available for a full-time office coordinator / administrative assistant at an established New Tampa real estate brokerage. Strong computer skills are MANDATORY (and will be tested as part of interview process) as this position entails management of several online and internal software systems. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and coordinate organizational web-based software systems. Position will be Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00.
Excellent on the job experience with on-site training and development opportunities for general administrative position and to learn all about the real estate process at a busy and growing office with 50+ agents.

- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, etc) and Google Suite programs
- Friendly, professional demeanor in person and over the phone/e-mail
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining paperless transaction management system for office
- Contract file preparation and review
- Maintaining and inputting listings into MLS (training provided)
- Administrative work, including directing calls and clerical support
- Maintaining office in good and clean working order, including weekly tidying up, managing inventory levels of supplies, and opening/closing procedure checklists
- Special Marketing and specific projects as needed
