Our ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who can maintain focus while multitasking. Candidate must be assertive when needed and comfortable holding peers accountable for adherence to office policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Office management & administration
· Quality Assurance
· Track & review checklists to ensure compliance with procedures
· Organizing & filing business-critical documents
· Maintain Editorial Calendar for social media content
· Plan and lay out marketing brochures
· Event and travel management
· Assist Comptroller and Property Managers
· Bookkeeping and data entry
· Ensure lease compliance
Qualifications and Requirements
College graduate with a minimum of five years’ work experience. Strong preference for professional office experience. (e.g. accountant, legal, medical or real estate office) Candidates must have a strong command of spoken and written English.
Required Skills
· Microsoft Office 365 including Publisher
· Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
Preferred Skills
· Accounting and Property Management Software (Yardi Voyager)
· CoStar / LoopNet
· WordPress
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Flexible office hours.
