A Palm Harbor property management company is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant. They are looking for someone to commit every Friday and be flexible throughout the year. This administrative assistant will be handling radio dispatches, be in contact with tenants and vendors, take any tenant, vendor, or board member calls. This administrative assistant will help quarterly with mailings, stuffing envelops, addressing letters etc. Will eventually take work orders, track water and electric bills, check insurance. This administrative assistant will be imputing data into excel spreadsheets and using Microsoft Platforms.
