This is a great opportunity for someone who has fantastic administrative skills to grow into a newly created position on our property management team. Onicx Management is part of the Onicx family of companies that provide real estate development and construction services.

Let’s get down to business, here are the things we are looking for to help our team get organized, keep things on track and get growing!

  • Provide full administrative support to our senior property manager including, phone support, filing and distribution of correspondence.
  • Provide lease administration support.
  • Track and file tenant and vendor insurance certificates while maintaining a follow up system to track expirations.
  • Prepare welcome packets and other correspondence to tenants.
  • Assist maintenance director manage work order system to ensure tenant service requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Assist in planning and implementing tenant relation programs and events.
  • Help with scheduling and coordinating meetings as needed.
  • Assist with tenant communications, inquiries/concerns.
  • Assist property manager with efforts to ensure compliance with building policies and procedures.
  • Help manage building supply inventory.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, flights/hotels.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience or familiarity with commercial property leasing and or facilities operations is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
