Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, this position performs administrative office duties of a routine to moderately complex nature. This position requires accurate typing, entering and maintaining information into databases, updating files, processing forms, researching information, managing records, scheduling appointments, providing information to callers and/or walk-in patients, and maintaining knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures. Previous experience with QuickBooks, business social media posting, and physician credentialing is desirable, but not necessary.

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience in a clerical office environment preferred
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Excellent customer services skills with a positive attitude
