ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Full Time – Resort Community
Thesman Communities (thesman.com) seeks an energetic self-starter – experience in Property Management and Sales a plus – to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL.
Part Time position.
Responsibilities include:
· Administrative duties:
General Office Work, Phones, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Residence Assistance.
· Assist in Rent Collection and Billing
· Conduct New Resident Orientation
Qualifications:
· Residential property management experience preferred
· 1-2 years leasing/sales experience required
· Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
· Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
· Excellent phone and written communication skills
· Organized and resourceful
· Ability to work well with diverse personalities and talents
· Outstanding personality with enthusiasm for achieving goals and providing excellent customer service
