POSITION DETAILS:
Work Location: Bryan Dairy Road, Largo FL 33777
Start Date: 10/5/2020
Assignment Duration: 4 Months
Work Hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM, M-F
Pay Rate: $13.00 – $14.00
Front Line Customer Service
Act as lobby concierge to greet customers, ensure they have joined the line and been summoned for
service, assist customers to register in line, answer questions and help facilitate customer service for
in-person visitors
Answer incoming telephone calls and chat requests, provide contractor information, answer
questions, direct callers to the information or action requested or required
Strive for customer service excellence
Mail processing
Following the Department’s processes and procedures:
Open, stamp, sort, process and distribute incoming mail
Fold, insert, address, prep and process outgoing mail
Input checks into check log
Input “green cards” into Citation Log
Receive, log, process and distribute incoming courier deliveries
Stay Informed
Read and respond to emails, stay informed about Department activities, share information and
intelligence about customer engagement, issues and opportunities for excellence
Skills Required
Advanced Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
A good listener, self-starter, friendly, motivated customer service professional
Organized, able to multi-task
Very good oral and written communication skills
Needs to be able to communicate ideas and instructions clearly for customers
Willing and able to learn and adopt new technologies and applications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
Experience Required: 3 Years
Work Attire: Business Casual
Sensitive Assignment: Public, Handling checks and incoming mail
