We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client! Our client is both a commercial/residential reality company and property management company. In this role you will support the owner of the firm. Their activities reach across all lines of business. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Handle special projects
  • Work to test new processes, computer systems, marketing ideas
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration and some real estate experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent typing and Microsoft Office abilities. Must be able to type at least 40 wpm
