Full Job Description
Small Clearwater area residential Property Management company seeking Administrative Assistant. Must have: Positive Learning and Communication skills, Initiative, Recall, Strong computer skills, some real estate/property management experience. Experience with Buildium software and MLS a plus. Will provide assistance to those working with maintenance, bookkeeping, listing and renting of properties. Must be alert and able to multitask. M-F 8:30-5pm.
