Established Real Estate Firm seeks a very outgoing, organized, and dynamic personality to serve in an administrative support capacity in our busy Property Management Department at our South Tampa location.

Join our successful, fast-paced team and work directly with our Broker and Property Management Director completing lease renewals, move ins, filing, clerical functions and acting as a liaison between tenants and rental property owners. Additional responsibilities include: Communicating with vendors, maintenance technicians and other team-members in various departments. Scheduling, including arranging travel as necessary. MUST be able to compose professional responses to both email and telephone inquiries for both tenants and owners.

Reliable transportation is required and driving throughout Central Florida should be expected as our business rapidly expands. Candidates should be able to multitask and be a team player.

Organizational skills are a must.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years administrative assistant, customer service or office experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are required
  • Ability to communicate clearly: both written and verbal
  • Familiar with Email, MS Office programs
  • Basic bookkeeping, math, spelling & grammar skills
  • Familiarity with general office practices and procedures
