TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a government agency St. Petersburg, FL.

This employee will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Manager and perform general office duties. The ideal candidate should have leasing or property management experience and must have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Data entry and processing facility-related correspondence.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Processing regularly scheduled reports for the management team.
  • Performs administrative work involving applicant and property management.
  • Review applications ensuring all housing and income documentation is complete.
  • Assist with property assets, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Maintains files and contracts ensuring compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years office administrative experience.
  • Experience working with housing, leasing, or similar public support services preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Familiar with basic office equipment such as fax, printer, scanner, copier, etc.
  • Well-organized and comfortable multi-tasking.
  • Comfortable working on a timeline and large caseloads.
  • Excellent communicator – written and verbal.
  • Bilingual a plus.
