DESCRIPTION:
As a member of our talented team, the Administrative Assistant will provide support to executive leadership in PYA’s Tampa office. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, and have advanced Microsoft Office skills. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Principal of the Tampa office including management of Outlook calendar, client meetings, telephone calls, and travel plans.
  • Assist the Tampa office with general office support including but not limited to distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and setting up and executing video conferences.
  • Provide new client setup and scheduling support to the Compliance Advisory Service line.
  • Handle information requests for clients with professionalism and tact.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating Tampa office events.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional services firm within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to utilize excellent oral/written communication skills in contacts at all levels – both within and outside the Firm.
  • Advanced-level proficiency in producing Microsoft Office documents.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks.

POSITION TYPE:

  • Full-time. Overtime required during peak times, and as needed.
