Full Job Description
Currenty hiring for an office administrative assistant in our Community Association Management firm. This is not a position directly assisting property managers, this is a more traditional office administrative position.
Duties:
- Data Entry
- Application Processing
- Background check processing
- assisting with answering phones
- covering reception desk when receptionist is away (breaks, vacations, etc)
- New association set up
