Job Description:
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of, and/or success in roles involving, Global Mobility (GM) strategy and operations, preferably within a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing an understanding of HR and/or Finance processes/ operations, such as on boarding, systems, immigration, documentation. Proven success in roles involving formal process improvement and/or project management are preferred.
Demonstrates an analytical continuous process improvement mindset, preferably within a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:
Supporting and/or leading the review of operational processes for improvements, gathering business requirements, developing solutions to operational and business challenges and identifying related training and workflow impacts prior to implementation;
Teaming with colleagues and stakeholders, exercising sound judgement and making independent decisions, where appropriate, with emphasis on effective written and verbal communication skills;
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships across functional areas;
Leading and/or supporting projects of varying scale and complexity; and,
Organizing and managing daily priorities while remaining change agile to shift directions as needed.

Opportunity to work within the Alternative Delivery & Enablement Strategy Team of GM Operations. This role will aide in the execution of internal projects with a heavy focus on communications, creating SOPs, consulting with stakeholders, and performing daily tasks to meet project deadlines. Global Mobility knowledge is preferred but not required.”
