Daily RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and emails to assist agents; clients; title agencies; lenders; and other vendors
  • Managing the office electronic and paper filing system
  • Support agents with list to close activities
  • Partner with management and co-workers to accomplish overall business objectives

Additional experience considered a PLUS:

  • Prior work, education, or licensure in Florida real estate
  • Use of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) – Entering listings; editing; searching
  • List to Close Coordination (including familiarization with the Purchase and Sales Agreement)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24,900.00 to $37,500.00 /year
