WORKING KNOWLEDGE of the following technology (you will be assessed):

Daily RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and emails to assist agents; clients; title agencies; lenders; and other vendors
- Managing the office electronic and paper filing system
- Support agents with list to close activities
- Partner with management and co-workers to accomplish overall business objectives
Additional experience considered a PLUS:
- Prior work, education, or licensure in Florida real estate
- Use of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) – Entering listings; editing; searching
- List to Close Coordination (including familiarization with the Purchase and Sales Agreement)

Salary: $24,900.00 to $37,500.00 /year
