Our ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, title or mortgage. Real estate preferred. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers) and our team
  • Manage contract to close process and keep agent informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents with strong proficiency in time management
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized while remaining open to new ideas and systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: $14 to $20 hourly based on experience
