Successful and Growing Real Estate Team Seeking Creative & Detailed Oriented Assistant!

Qualified candidates must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, client service skills and the ability to be proactive. Qualified candidates must also possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on business needs is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least one year office experience and comfortable with drafting, editing and proofreading correspondence.

We are looking for a motivated real estate assistant to assist with and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the realtors, transaction coordinator and clients. You will also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Our ideal candidate can solve problems quickly, is highly detail-oriented and should be a great communicator. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Provide executive support to realtors.
  • Organize and maintain files/ filing systems and information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage calendars and meetings
  • Order supplies / Keep up with office supply inventory
  • Assist with CRM and other app management
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Assist with research
  • Must be willing to do things outside of your job description. We’re a small company and we all wear many hats!

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn systems and database management
  • Reliable and dependable – must always have reliable means of transportation
  • Be an active listener and a self-starter and need little direction /Problem solver
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills -and able to organize others as well
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $20.00 per hour
