We are seeking a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our client on a temp to hire basis! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage listing and contract tasks for agents and clients
  • Handle all administrative duties to help ensure the listing and sales process is as smooth as possible for all involved
  • Handling client contact to gather information, collect signatures, answer questions, etc.
  • Work with agents and the title company on all transactions
  • Review contracts, addendums, and disclosures for accuracy and completion.
  • Develop, manage and implement all social media campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a residential real estate office
  • Excellent general office skills, typing, answering phones, attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Creative, interested in marketing
