Looking for a self motivated Administrative Assistant. Duties will include primarily acting as the Property Manager’s assistant while over-seeing our Executive Suite/ Co-Working Floor. Candidate must have knowledge in Executive Suites/Co-Working Spaces and how they are ran, as well as with Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Power Point and at least one of the following (or similar):
Nexudus, Optix, Coworkify, Kube, Cobot
This is a temporary position that may turn into a permanent job offer with an excellent benefits package, so must be able to pass a background check. Hours are Monday- Friday 8-5. Bi-Lingual is plus. Pay depends on experience.
