The position is full-time and duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones
- Check voicemail and return calls
- Schedule appointments
- Receive and send mail
- Work with internal website
- Enter and update listings in MLS
- Generate work orders
- Order office supplies
- Filing
- Assist agents in a variety of tasks
- Copy/Fax/Scan
Essential for the position:
- Multitasking
- Organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Friendly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team oriented
Hours are M-F 8:30am to 5pm.
