We are seeking a dedicated people oriented admin to fill a flex-time position supporting our team. Hours are full time 40 hours weekly. Real estate and marketing/advertising experience preferred.

This position offers varied responsibilities. Candidates for this position are friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have proficient command of language, technology and be computer savvy.

Excellent communication skills and exceptional phone manner is a must. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required. Familiarity with CRM management and website posting and maintenance would put you at the top of our list!

This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and shares our belief that people come first. We would love to have you join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system
  • Cheerfully respond to all client and customer inquiries both inbound and outbound
  • Ability to put people at ease on the phone and help get them the answers they need
  • Facility with responding to on-line inquiries as well with precision and accuracy to help people get the info they desire

Qualifications:

  • Open to learning new scripts and sounding pleasant and natural on the phone
  • Comfortable spending the majority of time on the phones chatting with people who contact us
  • Proficient in time management
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Virtual, off site candidates will be considered

Compensation: Commensurate with experience $10 plus
