Executive Assistant – Timeshare Broker Associates, LLC. – Tampa, FL
This position requires a highly organized person that is reliable and has great attention to detail. A loyal, hardworking person who is able to move at a fast pace and never miss a deadline is a plus.
This candidate should be comfortable following a routine. Proof reading and the ability to work with contractual information. This position involves direct communication with customers and agents, maintain a database and nurture relationships with customers and colleagues. We are looking for someone with experience with technology and a great phone voice.
Goal driven, detail oriented, systems based and a team player are essential traits. Duties will include marketing, listing coordination, agent management, filing, copier, phone customer service, database management, and misc. errands.
We are looking for a full-time employee working 10-6 or 11-7. We are slightly flexible with scheduling and offer advancement opportunities in the Real Estate industry with the potential to increase your income in the future. Real Estate experience is helpful but not a necessity. Training will be provided and ongoing.

Special skills that will stand out include having an active real estate and/or notary license, fluent in reading and writing a second language and/or experience in the timeshare industry.
Timeshare Broker Associates, LLC. is a full-service timeshare resale brokerage that charges no advance fees to sell a timeshare. We earn our money in the form of a commission, like a typical real estate brokerage would. We market your timeshare to locate a buyer, prepare contracts and coordinate closing with a reputable title company to transfer the ownership. We pride ourselves in doing things the “right way” and by promoting the ethical resale of timeshares.
