Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Performs daily Front Desk functions such as guest check-in and check-out, answering phones, completion of shift check-list, processing related transactions, etc.
- Duties may include outdoor “curbside check-in” of guests to ensure the health and safety of all guests and associates.
- Directs owner and guest requests to the correct department. Responds courteously, efficiently, and professionally to guest service requests.
- Performs light administrative duties such as sending and receiving faxes, making copies, sending e-mail correspondence
- Greets, registers, establishes necessary credit for and issue keys appropriately to guests.
- Answers telephones with proper telephone etiquette and direct calls accordingly.
- Receives guest requests and/or complaints and ensures that appropriate actions have been taken.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to the resort’s amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, and directions.
- Completes check-out procedures, collects payment, and makes a change for guests as required.
- Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations for guests or answers a variety of questions for guests pertaining to their reservations.
- Distributes guest and staff mail and messages as necessary.
- Posts charges for faxes, copies, and other items as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Experience using booking software is preferred
- Good English speaking skills

Pay: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour
