Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time passionate, customer-focused, Administrative Assistant, for a growing and engaging property management company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist with support activities for our clients, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Assist team with lead reports, database management and management of contacts
  • Assist with research and preparations for client meetings and team projects
  • Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
  • Provide reporting and analysis of key metrics associated with core projects
  • Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as requested
  • Update status of various projects, vendors and and open tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to adapt communication style to a number of different audiences.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize diverse projects; highly organized and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency to complete goals and tasks
  • Proficient in Word, Excel

Required Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am – 5pm. Advancement opportunities are available. Compensation starts at $13/hour and may be increased after a review period based upon performance.
