Summary:
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The Admin Assistant must adhere to policies and procedures established by Resident Interface and maintain confidentiality.
Fulltime, Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday, Minimum 32hrs per week. Must be willing to work onsite.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing back up support to the Front Office as needed.
2. Responds to and resolves administrative questions.
3. Will assist the HR Department and help organize company functions as needed.
4. Administrator for business travel and expense program.
5. Proficient in booking travel.
6. Responsible for maintaining vendor contracts, ensuring repairs, and building maintenance.
7. Approve facility related invoices.
8. Responsible for replenishing and purchasing company supplies as needed.
9. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Two years customer service or administrative experience.
3. Basic understanding of clerical procedures.
4. Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to work assigned schedule. May include Overtime, Nights, Weekends and Holidays. Equal Opportunity Employer
