RMS Elite Properties is continuing to expand and is in need of an Administrative Assistant. We are a full-service Real Estate brokerage that is a one stop shop for residential and commercial Real Estate, property management and leasing, investment consulting, and much more. Being that we are involved in so much, some critical administrative tasks are overlooked. That’s where you come in!
We are seeking an organized hard worker with excellent communication skills. Essential duties include:
- Answering the phone
- Administrative assistance for leadership team
- Business Card Design
- Dealing with company vendors (cable/wifi, printer/copier, etc.)
- Filing
- Making Coffee
- Office document creation, presentation, and maintenance
- Ordering/Maintaining Supplies
- Office Organization (and occasional light cleaning)
- Party/lunch/event planning (includes ordering food, supplies, etc.)
- Scanning and copying of documents
- Transaction Management upkeep
- Updating Rental Inventory
Compensation is Based on relevant experience
Required Skills
- Communication–Must be an excellent oral and written communicator
- Active Listening–Must be able to grasp the core concept of a task and carry it out
- Time Management – Managing one’s own time and the time of others
- Social Media– Basic understanding of social media marketing/content creation a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Primarily working in doors but there may be a need to travel to individual offices based on a number of factors
- May sit or stand for several hour at a time depending on the project and the day
- Must be able to travel throughout applicable market using personal vehicle
