Polk Vision is a community based, non-profit serving Polk County, Florida that actively identifies and builds awareness of community priorities while promoting partnerships throughout the county.
Seeking Candidates to fill the position of Office / Administrative Coordinator. This positionperformstraditional clerical and administrative support duties plus light bookkeeping, including payables, receivables, and journal entries. Successful candidates will be organized, detail oriented, and possess good communication skills in person, in writing and by telephone. Seeking those experienced in Word, Excel, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks but will train. Position requires working in person at the office, averaging 30 hours per week @ $18 per hour.
