Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Operations Team to efficiently compile and process loan applications and documentation required for credit approval, documentation, and funding. Daily activity involves attention to detail and persistent follow up. In this dynamic role, the individual will be exposed to new challenges every day and will gain exposure to all facets of the equipment finance business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile loan credit packages for the Transaction Coordinator’s review
  • Email customer with changes/corrections and missing items needed for funding
  • Accurately enter and update records
  • Interact with borrowers to resolve customer service questions/issues
  • Requesting and reviewing vendor invoices
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc company projects

Compensation and Benefits
