Seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to deliver an excellent client experience for a Sole Practitioner Investment Management and Real Estate Firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondences, applications, and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and travel
- Greet and assist visitors
- Handle telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing office environment
- Develop new systems and procedures to increase efficiency and improve the client experience
- Perform varied other tasks
Requirements:
- Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime
- Must be able and willing to work alone and independently
- Must be available for occasional travel
- Must be proficient with technology
