Administrative Assistant
We are a General Contractor specializing in commercial construction in the restaurant industry. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We offer an extensive benefits package and great corporate culture.
The ideal candidate will be very detail orientated, accurate, organized and have a proven track record of excellent references. If you feel you fit this description, and you meet the requirements below, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
· Support and Assist Project Managers and Coordinators as needed with data input into project management and accounting software
· Follow up and manage project close-out status
· Assure Subcontractor compliance with insurance requirements – including maintaining subcontractor insurance files and W-9’s
· Must have good time management
· Must be reliable and meet deadlines
· Must have previous experience in an office setting
· Perform general office clerical duties to include but limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
· Establishing relationships with supers, subcontractors, builders, etc.
· Any other projects, tasks as required
Qualifications
· Must submit to a background check
· Must have full knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Accounting and Construction knowledge preferred
· Knowledge of Sage 100 & Paperless preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and Team Player
· Self- management skills to plan, organize and prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines
· Excellent customer service skills are required.
