A Premiere Property Damage Restoration Contractor. We work with all types of properties from residential to multi-family to commercial to restore damages caused by Water, Fire, Wind, Mold, Vandalism, etc. The company is a full service contractor starting with Emergency services to mitigate damages to turn key restoration and repairs. We perform all project sizes from small drywall and paint repairs to large fire damage rebuilds.

Currently we are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Dedicated administrative support for the production/reconstruction department.
  • Administrative support in such areas as:
    • Managing and updating all administrative and job tasks per program requirements.
    • Assist in permit preparation.
    • Uploading all documentation as required for all programs.
    • Answer incoming phone calls as needed.
    • Produce PO’s for subcontractors.
    • Approve subcontractor invoices for posting.
    • Create budgets for Project Managers.
    • Maintain and organize job file
    • Other misc. duties as assigned by your Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position within the restoration industry preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, & Outlook.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer service orientated
  • Excellent follow through and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be friendly and outgoing.
  • Must be a team player

Resume Requirements – Your resume should include at least ten years of work history, no fewer than 3 references (2 of which must be professional references) and your desired pay.
