Full Job Description

I am a real estate broker with three agents. I have a need for someone who doesn’t mind computer and administrative-type tasks. Some tasks I have done recently that would be a good explanation would be:

– Doing social media posts

– Preparing client contract folders

– Filling out names, dates, and basic information in different computer and phone applications.

– Helping me create a manual-how to guide for our systems and processes.

– Communicating via email and text with vendors, clients, agents, etc.

The first month or two would require you to be with me most days. Then you would be able to do most of the stuff from home. I typically work around the Ybor and South Tampa areas. Usually out of my Airbnb office, a coffee shop, or co-op space. Being flexible and enjoying the creativity of new environments has to be something you are okay with. If you enjoy that excitement, even better!

The work is pretty easy. It’s mostly typing and entering information into computers. My frustration is spending the time to do it, while I have clients and new business to chase down.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
