Full Job Description

Suncoast Equity Partners is a fast-growing investment real estate and lending company. Our growth has created an opportunity for an energetic and motivated Administrative Assistant who would report directly to the owner. The position would be responsible for monitoring and completing all work activities related to real estate investments and national private lending. This would include collaboration with the owner, borrowers, vendors, and staff to ensure business operations efficiency.

Responsibilities

· Onboard new loan applications and communicate processes with borrowers.

· Provide title company with funding requirements and process checklists.

· Review all closing documents to ensure complete and accurate.

· Process potential and existing customer inquiries.

· Assist owner with operational and administrative tasks.

· Organize and maintain files in a confidential manner.

· Manage office communication including emails and phone calls.

· Schedule appointments, meetings and reservations as needed.

· Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.

· Receive invoices and review for accuracy.

Skills and Experience

· Project-oriented and well organized with meticulous attention to detail.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Excellent Microsoft office, Google Sheets, PDF, and DocuSign skills.

· 2-5 years’ experience in office administration or operations.

· Real estate, lending and/or title experience desirable.

Compensation

Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include vacation, paid time off, and holiday pay.
