TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant in St. Petersburg!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilizing Excel for reports, tracking, and other tasks
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, handling some email correspondences, etc.
- Screening and routing inbound phone calls
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Reliable and timely, great attendance
