We are recruiting for a professional Administrative Assistant to work in a small legal office in central Pinellas County. The right person will need to be able to support 3 attorneys.  This is a full time, temp to hire position.

Skills:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Outstanding customer service abilities

– Very detail oriented and organized

– Friendly, personable and easy for clients to speak with

– Able to handle incoming calls and make outbound calls

– Well versed with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

– Will handle scheduling for the office

– Answer the phones, take messages and answer client questions

– Write letters and general correspondence on behalf of the attorneys

– Organized files and ensure all documents are appropriately signed
