The CSI Companies is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client located in the Palm Harbor, FL area.
We are looking for someone who is available to work the following hours:
- Mon- Fri 8 AM – 5 PM
Details:
The Administrative Assistant provides superior customer service to internal and external customers
Duties:
- Multi-System Data Entry to building Customer accounts.
- Light Phone work scheduling installations for customers.
- Provide reception coverage as needed.
- Other duties as assigned, which may include but are not limited to: Assist with Ops Support/Administrative duties
- Handle incoming customer/associate relations calls.
Requirements:
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 yr of Experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Data Entry.
- Accounts payable knowledge is a plus.
