Full Job Description
Growing Real Estate team is in need of a detail oriented assistant to help with the following tasks immediately with the ability to learn and grow as tasks expand with the team. Candidate MUST be technologically sound and familiar with Real Estate systems and processes associated with this industry.
- Organize Data base
- Work with KVCore CRM system
- Client communication (phone/email)
- Organizing lists/checklists for the processes associated with the Real Estate process
- File uploading
- Online file organizing
- Potential client follow up
Ideal candidate is a self starter, positive energy while highly organized and strong communicator.
Meet weekly in person. Daily via Zoom and phone.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $17.00 per hour
