Administrative Assistant/Customer Support

Seeking a Tech Savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team in Palm Harbor, FL!

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and extremely detail orientated. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Must be able to provide our clients with a top-notch customer service experience.

Compensation:

$13 – $15 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • First on incoming calls for customer support
  • Present company products and services to existing customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries via helpdesk and online chat
  • Membership retention with mentoring and coaching
  • Accounts Receivable- Includes calling past due accounts
  • Set up webinars using Zoom and Go To Webinar
  • Post videos and blog content on Word Press
  • Manage CRM to send emails and texts
  • Teach members marketing strategies
  • Manage Facebook groups
  • Mailing gifts and handwritten notes to current members
  • Manage Schedules with Google calendar
  • Use Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat for document creation

Qualifications:

  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Technical skills are required and the ability to figure out tasks
  • Superior phone skills– there is a lot of phone work in this position
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Extremely organized, meticulous with details, proactive and a creative mindset
  • Willingness to learn and ability to self teach
  • Highly resourceful and self starter
