Part-time administrative assistant needed for real estate team. Hours Mon – Fri 20 – 25 hours per week.

Must be reliable, trust worthy, have good written and verbal communication skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms. Have the ability to work independently and in a small team environment. Hours need to be worked between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm M-F.

  • Database Management
  • Showing Feedback Process
  • Lead Tracking
  • Collect data and enter onto excel spread sheets
  • Communication with customers
  • Communication with Team Owner with regard to customer’s needs
  • New Listing procedures (load listings, call up signs, etc…)
  • Listing change procedure (change marketing, etc..)
  • Marketing of properties
  • Social Media Presence
  • Open house process
  • Research new technology to incorporate in to the team
  • Meet vendors at properties as needed
  • Dot loop for new listings and contracts
  • Weekly Listing reports
  • Post Craigslist Ads Weekly
  • Closing and Post Closing process
  • Drop off paperwork and packages to local clients
