ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist and support new and existing business activity for the company including entering new clients into our system and light A/R tasks.

Manage client lead and partner programs using Salesforce and Asana.

Seek out and research content publishing opportunities, speaking engagements and potential tradeshows or other client growth opportunities.

Manage tradeshows – registration; order furniture, electrical, card reader; get booth ready for shipment and pack needed supplies; arrange shipping to and from assigned locations. Pack and unpack booth.

Pre & post show mailings after checking list in contact management database and entering missing information. Research to obtain physical addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.

Research potential tradeshows or other client growth opportunities as requested, including making outbound calls to solicit information if necessary.

Create, edit and/or refine Powerpoint Presentations.

Coordinate and create webinar events with the marketing department.

Coordination of all employee travel and visitors of whom Omnia pays all expenses.

Call clients/prospects to obtain information when necessary.

Create sales proposals and sales proposal templates.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree with three to five years of experience or a combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to read and interpret business documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients and other members of the business community.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, and compute numbers.

Reasoning: Ability to understand and carry out instructions, both written and verbal within defined parameters.

Other Skills and Abilities: Advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SalesForce, Asana and social media applications are helpful.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Employee is required to sit, talk and hear, use hands for keyboarding and the telephone. Employee is also required to walk and to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Position requires the ability to see a computer screen.
