Currently hiring for an administrative assistant to a Licensed community Association Manager. Relevant experience other than industry specific includes:
Realtor/Legal office admin
Apartment complex management/admin
Mobile park management/admin
Title office admin
This is a high volume / fast paced position which require the applicant to be detailed oriented and possess a high level of people skills. A professional, friendly demeanor and ability to multitask are key. We use VANTACA software. Responsibilities include:
Speaking to clients via telephone and email
Organizing, scheduling, and reporting tasks to the assigned Community Association Manager
Drafting letters and preparing large mailings
Filing, both digital and physical records
Working with third party service providers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
