Currently hiring for an administrative assistant to a Licensed community association manager. Relevant experience other than industry specific includes:
Realtor office admin
Apartment management/admin
Mobile park management/admin
Title office admin
This is a fast paced job where you are dealing with people. A friendly demeanor and ability to multitask are key. We use VANTACA software. Responsibilities include:
Answering resident questions and concerns
Preparing mailings
Sending letters
Preparing documents
Filing (digital and physical)
