Full Job Description
Currently hiring for an administrative assistant at a Homeowners Association. This position will report directly to the board of directors, as well as the Licensed Community Association Manager. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to- greeting residents, processing mailings, entering data, and generally addressing resident concerns and assisting the manager. Relevant experience other than community association management:
- Real estate admin
- Title agency work
- Apartment admin
- condo/hoa law (admin work)
- Anything relevant to housing, real estate, property management, etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
